1 year agoHouston Texans running back Dameon Pierce (knee) was practicing for the second straight day on Thursday and seems fine, according to KPRC2's Aaron Wilson. Pierce was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday and will likely be listed the same on Thursday. The second-year back had 25 carries for 108 yards in the Week 4 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers and didn't appear to get injured in Sunday's game, so the Texans are likely just taking it easy on him this week. Barring a surprise downgrade on Friday, Pierce seems likely to play in Week 5 on the road in Atlanta against the Falcons. As long as he's active this weekend, Pierce should remain locked into starting fantasy lineups as an RB2 in what has been a surprisingly productive Texans offense through the first four weeks.
