UCL DFS Goalies
Goalies
Joe Hart - DK $4.3K || FD $9
Opponent - Lazio
Hart is one of the only ‘value’ candidates for the keeper position due to numerous big favorites on the slate. With a 2-4-2 record in all competitions, Lazio has performed underwhelmingly to start the season. In their first Group Stage match versus Atletico Madrid, they managed to save face thanks to their goalie, Ivan Provedel scoring a late injury-time goal, otherwise, they would have dropped all three points at home. The visitors have also been kept to a goal or less in three of their last four matches and four of their five away matches in all competitions. Meanwhile, Celtic has done a good job limiting goals against and would have walked out of the Feyenoord match with a 1-0 loss if not for two red cards midway through the match.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP): ter Stegen (DK $5.6K || FD $13), Kobel (DK $5K || FD $10)
UCL DFS Forwards
Robert Lewandowski - DK 11.1K || FD $22
Opponent - FC Porto
To say Lewandowski is a key cog in the Barcelona attack is an understatement. It is Lewandowski or nothing for the Blaugrana and in his first Group Stage match in the 5-0 win over Royal Antwerp, he had 1 goal, 1 assist, 6 shots and 2 created chances. Furthermore, in his last five domestic fixtures – 4 starts –, he has 4 goals, 2 assists, 15 shots, 5 created chances, 2 crosses, 1 tackle and 1 clearance. Porto will be no slouch playing at home, however, as one of the bigger favorites to win the title, Barcelona is expected to see early success with Lewandowski front and center.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP): Alvarez (DK $10K || FD $23), Fullkrug (DK $7.5K || FD $13)
UCL DFS Midfielders
Filip Ugrinic - DK $5.5K || FD $15
Opponent - Crvena Zvezda
Young Boys has struggled for supremacy so far this season and they continue to scrape by each match they play. Between both the Super League and Champions League, the visitors have scored two or more goals just five times in ten matches. This is a concern regarding Ugrinic’s ceiling, but his floor should remain intact. The attacking midfielder has the majority of set-pieces and with peripherals alone, Ugrinic should maintain value. The matchup is expected to be tight and he should see plenty of the ball.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP): Alberto (DK $9.1K || FD $17), Brandt (DK $7.1K || FD $18)
UCL DFS Defenders
Kieran Trippier - DK $5.8K || FD $15
Opponent - Paris Saint-Germain
The matchup is less than ideal for a ceiling performance from Trippier, however, it is more than likely he will generate a valuable floor for his price. Between his typical attacking nature and the amount of defense he will be required to play, it will be more than enough to help him maintain value. In the first Group Stage fixture against AC Milan – which ended in a 0-0 draw –, Trippier had 1 created chance, 2 crosses, 1 corner, 2 tackles, 1 interception and 3 clearances and in his last five domestic fixtures, he has 4 assists, 2 shots, 17 created chances, 42 crosses, 20 corners, 12 tackles, 3 interceptions, 4 clearances and 3 blocks.
Others To Consider (CASH/GPP): Janko (DK $3.9K || FD $9), Johnston (DK $3K || FD $11)

- Celtic: O’Riley
- Lazio: Alberto
- Dortmund: Brandt
- AC Milan: Adli/Pulisic
- Newcastle United: Trippier
- Paris Saint-Germain: Dembele
- RB Leipzig: Raum
- Manchester City: Alvarez
- Crvena Zvezda: Kanga/Bukari
- BSC Young Boys: Ugrinic/Janko
- FC Porto: Jaime/Galeno
- FC Barcelona: Gundogan
