No Yandy Diaz For Rays
1 year agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman Yandy Diaz (hamstring) is not playing on Tuesday with the team facing the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. Jonathan Aranda will get the start for the Rays at first base and will hit leadoff against Red Sox right-hander Tanner Houck. Diaz was pulled from Sunday's game early against the Toronto Blue Jays with right-hamstring tightness and will miss another game despite the team having an off day on Monday. With Randy Arozarena (quadriceps) out as well on Monday, the Rays offense will be missing two key regulars. Fantasy managers need to remove Diaz from their lineups and check back on Wednesday to see if he's back in action. When healthy, the 32-year-old table-setter has been a must-start for fantasy managers in 2023.
