When D.J. Moore arrived in Chicago as part of the trade for the first overall pick, there were big expectations around the star wide receiver. It was believed that he would help in Justin Fields' ascension, but so far Moore hasn't been able to make an impact.
A large part of it is not him, as both the quarterback and the coaching staff have struggled to do their jobs. Moore had an average ADP of #49 heading into the season, but through the first two weeks, he has only recorded 12.9 points in PPR leagues.
After low production to start the season, does Moore deserve to take a starting spot on your fantasy football teams? Let's take a detailed look at it.

D.J. Moore Fantasy Football Outlook
The Chicago Bears will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3, and it will be a tough test for them. The Chiefs' defense has been elite so far, and it will provide a tough matchup for D.J. Moore.
Last week, the Chiefs' defense didn't allow a single touchdown against a good Jacksonville Jaguars team. They also played well against the Detroit Lions in Week 1 without Chris Jones.
Although the Bears have struggled so far, given how confident Justin Fields looked talking to the media this week, he might have a good game. With Fields looking to play true to his abilities, it will further benefit the likes of Moore in the passing game.
D.J. Moore Wide Receiver Rankings Analysis
D.J. Moore is ranked #54 by RotoBaller ahead of the Week 3 matchup against the Chiefs. He is currently on a downward trend as a result of the Bears' struggles. Bears fans and fantasy football managers who have Moore on their team will hope that the former Panthers wideout will have a big game against the defending Super Bowl champions.
Should I Start D.J. Moore In Week 3 Fantasy Football?
Last week, against the Buccaneers, Moore had six receptions for 104 yards on seven targets. He is likely to get targeted more and is in a good position to record more than 10.4 points in the PPR leagues that he recorded last week.
As a result, it will be worth using the 26-year-old product from Maryland in your fantasy lineups. However, to be on the safer side, you can use him as one of the flex options.
