Berrios has been in solid form over his last three starts. He owns a 3.16 SIERA, 29.3% K%, and a 12.4% SwStr% in his three September starts. He has gotten seven or more strikeouts in all three starts. His opponent, the New York Yankees, lead baseball against right-hand pitching with a 27.8% K% over the last 30 days. At +112 on FanDuel, I will take a shot on Berrios in a favorable matchup.

Tarik Skubal OVER 6.5 strikeouts (-135 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Tarik Skubal is my favorite bet tonight against the Oakland Athletics. My lock of the day yesterday was Josiah Gray over in walks allowed, and today it will be Skubal over 6.5 strikeouts. Skubal has been in elite form over his last six starts. He has a 2.81 SIERA, 33.3% K%, and an elite 16.8% SwStr% in that span. He has seven or more strikeouts in all of his last six starts. His opponent tonight, the Oakland A’s lead baseball with a 27.5% K% against left-hand pitching the previous 30 days.

Freddie Freeman will square off tonight against rookie Kyle Harrison and the San Fransico Giants. Harrison has shown some tendencies of reverse splits in his limited time in the big leagues, and although it is a small sample size, we will run with it. So far this season, Harrison has a .637 wOBA, .458 ISO, and a 41.7% hard hit against left-handed bats. Freeman is a lefty masher and has been even in his time in Atlanta. On the season against the split, Freeman owns an 182 wRC+, a .439 wOBA, and a .634 SLG. Since August 1, he has improved with a 185 wRC+, a .444 wOBA, and a .587 SLG.
