Austin Ekeler Injury Update
Austin Ekeler (ankle) was unable to practice at all this week, and he's officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game. At this point, it would take a miracle for the star running back to play. Joshua Kelley, who produced 91 yards on 16 touches last week, is more than capable of handling lead-back duties in his absence. He'll rank as a low-end RB2.
Aaron Jones Injury Update
Aaron Jones (hamstring), much like Ekeler, did not practice at all this week. However, the Green Bay Packers running back has been listed as questionable, leaving the door open for him to play. In the event that he is unable to suit up, A.J. Dillon would be an intriguing RB2 in fantasy leagues.
Breece Hall Injury Update
Breece Hall (knee) upgraded to a full participant in practice on Friday but is still listed as questionable for Week 2. Head coach Robert Saleh's comments suggest that the second-year back will be active but remain on a pitch count. He registered 11 touches last week and is likely headed for similar usage against Dallas. Consider him a mid-to-l0w RB2 in fantasy football.
James Conner Injury Update
James Conner (calf) upgraded to a full participant on Friday and has been cleared to play against the Giants in Week 2. He earned 19 touches last week and is a fringe top-24 fantasy running back heading into Sunday's contest.
Raheem Mostert Injury Update
Raheem Mostert (knee) missed practice Wednesday but was a full participant on Thursday and Friday. Despite operating as Miami's lead back, his role in the offense remains overshadowed by the likes of wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
Zack Moss Injury Update
Zack Moss (forearm) practiced in full all week long and has been cleared to play on Sunday. He'll likely operate as Indianapolis' lead back after Deon Jackson lost two fumbles in the season opener. For fantasy purposes, Moss ranks as an RB3.
Tyjae Spears Injury Update
Tyjae Spears (groin) practiced in full on Thursday and Friday. The rookie was removed from the Titans' final injury report and will play in Week 2. However, as long as Derrick Henry remains healthy and dominant, Spears isn't a viable fantasy option week in and week out.
Kendre Miller Injury Update
Kendre Miller (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday. The rookie didn't play in Week 1, but it's promising that he has been able to log some reps over the last couple of days. Saturday's practice will give him one more chance to establish that he's good to go for Week 2. While Miller is an intriguing dynasty buy, he can be avoided in most redraft formats.
Cordarrelle Patterson Injury Update
Cordarrelle Patterson (thigh) practiced in full all week long. He has been removed from the injury report and will play Sunday versus Green Bay. The veteran is a playmaker who should command some volume, but just how many touches he receives remains to be seen. Patterson isn't on the fantasy radar heading into Week 2.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire Injury Update
It was an interesting practice week for Clyde Edwards-Helaire, who did not participate Wednesday or Friday but managed to log a full session on Thursday. He's officially questionable for Week 2 and should be avoided in most fantasy formats.
Chris Evans Injury Update
Chris Evans (hamstring) was upgraded to a limited participant on Friday after missing Thursday's practice. The 23-year-old earned three touches in the season opener, but he's questionable for Week 2 and isn't on the fantasy radar.
Anthony McFarland Injury Update
Anthony McFarland (knee) hasn't been able to take the field through two days of practice. After back-to-back DNPs, he'll look to return in some capacity on Saturday. If he isn't able to do so, he'll likely be ruled out ahead of Monday Night Football.
