1 year agoTexas Rangers third baseman Josh Jung (thumb) was able to take 25 swings without any issues on Friday. The 25-year-old was swinging off a tee without any problems which is great news for his recovery process. Jung has been out since early August due to a fractured left thumb. Before going down, Jung was slashing .274/.323/.489 with 22 home runs and 67 RBI in 109 games this season. The expectation is that he'll be ready to return towards the end of September.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
