1 year agoNew York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) will not practice on Monday, according to head coach Robert Saleh, but the coach called it a planned rest day. Both Hall and Dalvin Cook are expected to play in Week 1 on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills. Saleh said both RBs won't necessarily be on a snap count, but the team will be prudent with their usage. The whole reason the Jets signed Cook during training camp was so that they could ease Hall into the offense after coming off a torn ACL in his rookie season. The 22-year-old Hall will be active and see work against Buffalo, but he's fully expected to have a scaled-back workload. As such, Cook will be the better fantasy play, with Hall serving as more of low-upside RB3/flex in starting fantasy lineups.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
