In the first frame, Tatis Jr. wasted no time providing his team with an early lead by launching a two-run homer off right-handed hurler Tristan Beck. During the sixth inning, he struck again, smacking a double. The 24-year-old superstar has a slash line of .266/.329/.463 this season. He also has cranked 21 home runs, logged 69 RBI and stolen 23 bases across 477 trips to the plate.
