1 year agoIf Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring) isn't ready for the start of the 2023 regular season after suffering a setback with his hamstring injury, Van Jefferson would step into the No. 1 receiving role, with Tutu Atwell and Puka Nacua becoming the second and third receivers, respectively. Ben Skowronek would also have a bigger role on offense. Jefferson only played in 11 games (nine starts) in 2022 after recovering from an ACL injury and finished with 24 catches for 369 yards and three touchdowns. He operated as the No. 1 wideout for the Rams after Kupp's season-ending ankle injury. The 27-year-old is merely a late-round flier in fantasy drafts before the start of the season, but he could be a worthwhile Week 1 lineup option if Kupp is unable to suit up against the Seattle Seahawks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
