1 year agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen caught four of his five targets for 48 yards and a touchdown in a 26-17 loss to the Detroit Lions in preseason action on Friday. Thielen caught Bryce Young's lone touchdown pass, a 16-yard toss, in the first quarter. The veteran wideout also spent a few plays getting medical attention after a big hit but was able to return to action shortly after. Thielen could have a big role to open the season as D.J. Chark is dealing with a hamstring injury that has the potential to be a multi-week injury. Thielen is worth a look as a WR5 heading into fantasy drafts.--Matt T - RotoBaller
