J.P. Crawford Could Be Back Monday
1 year agoSeattle Mariners shortstop J.P. Crawford (concussion) went 0-for-3 in his lone minor-league rehab game with High-A Everett on Saturday, and he could be activated from the injured list on Monday for the start of a series against the Chicago White Sox on the road, according to manager Scott Servais. Crawford collided with third baseman Eugenio Suarez on a ground ball on Aug. 9 and was put on the seven-day concussion injured list on Aug. 11. "He came out of it feeling good," Servais said of Crawford's rehab game. "He'll be in Chicago with us Monday. We will see how he feels when he gets up there. Everything was thumbs up there. He was feeling good. The fogginess or whatever he had from the concussion seems to have gone away. Hopefully, we will get him in the lineup Monday."
