1 year agoCole Custer struggled in the Xfinity race on Saturday afternoon. That was compounded by his 34th place qualifying. Some experts point out to his +18 place differential from last year. However, that was in the Ford car with Stewart-Haas. The Rick Ware version is not close in terms of speed. The No. 51 car finished 1.442 seconds behind Denny Hamlin in qualifying.
