Dorian Thompson-Robinson To Start On Thursday
1 year agoCleveland Browns rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson is slated to start the team's third preseason game on Thursday on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of the Browns starters will rest after two joint practices on Monday and Tuesday. Along with Thompson-Robinson, Kellen Mond will see action for the Browns under center on Thursday with Joshua Dobbs sitting out. Cleveland's starters should return to action in the preseason finale on Aug. 26 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The 23-year-old Thompson-Robinson has gone 17-for-21 for 184 yards and has also picked up 47 rushing yards on nine carries so far in the preseason. He looks to be the team's No. 3 QB right now behind Deshaun Watson and Dobbs.
