Terrace Marshall Jr. Tweaks His Back
1 year agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. (back) "tweaked a little something in his back" at training camp practice on Monday, according to head coach Frank Reich. Marshall had to be carted off the field, so this is certainly a situation worth watching this week at camp. The 23-year-old former second-round selection in 2021 improved in his sophomore season in 2022, hauling in 28 of his 47 targets for 490 yards and one touchdown in 14 games (nine starts). Marshall will be fighting for a bigger role in Year 3, but it won't be easy alongside Adam Thielen, DJ Chark and rookie Jonathan Mingo, as well as tight end Hayden Hurst. And with rookie quarterback Bryce Young leading the offense, there won't be a ton of upside for Marshall in fantasy.
