Jordan Love To Play A Series Or Two
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love will make the start in the team's preseason opener on Friday against the Cincinnati Bengals, and he's expected to play a series or two on offense. Since the Packers traded up to take Love in the first round of the 2020 draft, he's made just one start for the team in 10 total appearances. Now Green Bay is asking him to take over for future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers as the starting signal-caller. The 24-year-old will surely have his ups and downs, and the Packers will rely heavily on their ground game to help him out. Love is inexperienced, and so are most of his receiving options, so fantasy managers shouldn't consider him anything more than a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues.
