1 year agoThe Chicago White Sox reinstated right-handed reliever Gregory Santos from the bereavement list on Tuesday and optioned right-hander Edgar Navarro to Triple-A Charlotte in a corresponding move. Santos will return to the late-inning bullpen mix in Chicago after being away from the club since Saturday. With Santos away, Bryan Shaw picked up a save on Monday, a day after Jimmy Lambert recorded a save for the Pale Hose on Sunday. The 23-year-old Santos picked up his first two career saves in July and could be the favorite for the majority of the save opportunities the rest of the season in Chicago now that Liam Hendriks (elbow) is done for the rest of the year. Fantasy managers desperate for saves should speculate on Santos in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
