1 year agoIn addition to free-agent running back Kareem Hunt, the New Orleans Saints are working out free-agent linebacker Anthony Barr on Monday, according to a source. Barr, who was the ninth overall selection in the 2014 NFL draft by the Minnesota Vikings, played in 14 games (10 starts) for the Dallas Cowboys last year and had 58 tackles (35 solo), one sack, four QB hits and two fumble recoveries. The 31-year-old missed three games with a hamstring injury. Barr made the Pro Bowl four straight seasons with Minnesota from 2015-18, but at this point in his career, he represents nothing more than depth at the linebacker position. He has 18.5 career sacks in 112 games (108 starts) in nine NFL seasons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
