1 year agoCincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India (foot) has increased his baseball activities this week after some rest and is expected to be activated from the injured list when he's eligible to return on Tuesday. India was scratched from the lineup on July 29 with left heel pain and was placed on the IL with left-foot plantar fasciitis. The injury was considered minor, though, so India has a good chance to return and pick up where he left off for the Reds next week. The 26-year-old former National League Rookie of the Year should be rostered in all fantasy leagues in the midst of a bounce-back season for the surprising Reds in 2023. India will be returning to a .251/.336/.409 slash line with 14 home runs, 52 RBI, 12 stolen bases and 68 runs scored in 394 at-bats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
