1 year agoDetroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham has left a big impression on Team USA head coach Steve Kerr in pre-World Cup training camp scrimmages. Cunningham is part of the Select Team at the camp and he led the side to victories in both scrimmages Friday. "Cade looked great," Kerr said. "The injury is clearly behind him. It's just great to see him healthy, and he's a guy who can really control a game from that point guard spot with his size and physicality, and it's good to see him looking so healthy." Cunningham played in only 12 games during his sophomore year in 2022-23 due to a stress fracture in his left leg. However, he appears to be fully healthy now and ready to rock for the Pistons next season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
