Corey Seager Records Two Hits In Return
1 year agoTexas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager made his return to the field during Wednesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. The left-handed slugger was previously on the 10-day injured list due to a thumb issue. Seager returned with a bang during Wednesday's game. He blasted a two-run home run off right-hander Dylan Cease during his first plate appearance. Seager followed that up by collecting another RBI with a base hit in the second inning. He was later replaced by Josh H. Smith once the game got out of hand. It doesn't appear that Seager has lost a step and he should be rostered in all formats right now.
