Colts Try Out Kenyan Drake, Benny Snell, Devine Ozigbo
1 year agoThe Indianapolis Colts tried out free-agent running backs Kenyan Drake, Benny Snell Jr. and Devine Ozigbo on Wednesday. The Colts are unsurprisingly looking for more running back depth with Jonathan Taylor (ankle) still on the Physically Unable to Perform list and now unhappy with his contract. Backup Zack Moss also broke his arm in training camp practice earlier this week and could miss the start of the regular season in Week 1. Behind those two, the Colts only have Deon Jackson, Jake Funk and rookies Evan Hull and Toriano Clinton. Drake, 29, had 482 rushing yards and four TDs on 109 rushing attempts in 12 games (five starts) for the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. Snell, 25, saw his role decrease dramatically the last two years in Pittsburgh. And Ozigbo, 26, had only three carries for four yards in four games with the Broncos last year.
