1 year agoSeattle Seahawks defensive back Tariq Woolen (knee) is expected to be ready for the preseason, according to head coach Pete Carroll. The 22-year-old had knee surgery in May, but Woolen has been cleared to resume running this month. He missed OTAs because of the injury, but appears to be on track to be ready for the regular season. Woolen was tied for the league-lead in interceptions with six last year. He graded as a top-15 corner, according to Pro Football Focus.
