Jonathan Quick Joins The Rangers
1 year agoGoaltender Jonathan Quick has inked a one-year $825,000 contract with the Rangers. The deal includes a possible $100,000 in bonuses. Quick grew up as a Rangers fan in Connecticut and he will now get to represent his boyhood team at the twilight of his career. The 37-year-old will be backing up Igor Shesterkin in New York. Quick hasn't done too well in recent seasons, but he put together a decent 5-2-2 record with the Golden Knights when he landed in Vegas back in March, which is more than good enough for a backup.
