Foster Moreau Could Compete For Targets With Juwan Johnson
1 year agoNew Orleans Saints tight end Foster Moreau had 12 touchdowns in four seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders, but nobody knew when he'd be returning to football after being diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in the offseason. But he wasn't limited in organized team activities and minicamp and was a frequent target of quarterback Derek Carr throughout practices. Moreau worked with both the first and second team during OTAs and could compete with Juwan Johnson for snaps as the team's No. 1 or No. 2 tight end in 2023. The 26-year-old signed a three-year, $12.234 million deal with the Saints in the offseason and has plenty of chemistry with Carr from their time in Vegas. Moreau will probably only become start-worthy in fantasy lineups, though, if Johnson misses time with an injury.
