Broncos Offensive Line Has A Chance To Be Much Better
2 years agoThe Denver Broncos offensive line clearly has a chance to be much better in 2023 than the version that allowed a franchise-record 63 sacks last year, 55 of which were absorbed by quarterback Russell Wilson. The presumed starting O-line of left tackle Garrett Bolles, left guard Ben Powers, center Lloyd Cushenberry, right guard Quinn Meinerz and right tackle Mike McGlinchey were together for virtually every play for the top unit in full-team drills this offseason. Bolles and Cushenberry are both healthy after recovering from injuries that cost them more than half of last year. If the unit can stay healthy all year, it will be a big boost as Wilson looks to bounce back from a disastrous first year in Denver in 2022.
