Alex Lange Bounces Back Monday
1 year agoDetroit Tigers reliever Alex Lange closed out Monday's 6-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals, pitching one inning and allowing no baserunners to earn his 11th save of the season. It was a good rebound appearance for the right-hander, who walked two, hit two batters, and gave up three runs on Sunday against the Minnesota Twins. Lange now owns a 3.99 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, and a 30.4% strikeout rate over 29.1 innings. Fantasy managers should continue to roll with the 27-year-old, as he's the best arm in Detroit's bullpen and will keep getting the majority of save opportunities.
