However, general manager Brett Veach said he feels "good" about contract talks, indicating that both sides have had "great communication." The 28-year-old is coming off a monster year, tying a career-high 15.5 sacks. Assuming things are resolved by Week 1, Jones should remain a potent IDP option during the 2023-24 campaign.
