Justin Fields Getting Positive Reviews
1 year agoAccording to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields looked good in recent team activities. Fowler, appearing on Sunday's edition of SportsCenter, indicated the signal-caller is "changing plays at the line of scrimmage" and "taking ownership of things," although the team hopes he'll be "more decisive." The 24-year-old ran for 1,143 yards and eight touchdowns during the 2022-23 campaign. However, he threw for 2,242 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions while only completing 60.4% of his attempts. Without question, Fields has plenty of talent on the receiving end, specifically DJ Moore, Chase Claypool, Darnell Mooney, and Cole Kmet. He is also more comfortable in offensive coordinator Luke Getsy's system. That said, fantasy managers shouldn't put too much stock into the latest update, even though the former Buckeye may surprise people this season.
