1 year agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Brandon Belt (hamstring) is considered day-to-day after an MRI revealed no structural damage. That's good news after Belt was forced to exit early during Saturday's game due to a left hamstring issue. The team held Belt out of Sunday's contest as a precaution. The Jays have a scheduled off day on Monday, so hopefully Belt is ready to return on Tuesday. The 35-year-old is slashing .263/.378/.434 with four homers and 16 RBI in 46 games this season.
