Emmet Sheehan, Landon Knack Promoted To Triple-A
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-handed pitching prospects Emmet Sheehan and Landon Knack have both been promoted from Double-A Tulsa to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Sheehan, 23, is the club's No. 13 prospect, per MLB Pipeline, has been the best pitching prospect in LA's system in 2023 by going 4-1 with a 1.86 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 88 K's in 53 1/3 innings. He had 41 strikeouts and a 0.36 ERA in 24 2/3 frames in May. The hard-throwing righty has the upside of a mid-rotation starter in the big leagues. Knack, 25, is the team's No. 18 prospect, per MLB Pipeline. He's gone 2-0 with a 2.20 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 61 K's in 57 1/3 innings for Tulsa. Knack will need to stay healthy and command his entire arsenal if he's going to be a successful starter at the next level.
