1 year agoMinnesota Twins second baseman Jorge Polanco (hamstring) is absent from the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays. As expected, Polanco won't play here after being removed early during Thursday's game due to left hamstring tightness. The hope is that the 29-year-old will just need a few days of rest and can avoid a trip to the injured list. In the meantime, Kyle Farmer will cover second base and bat fifth versus lefty Yusei Kikuchi on Friday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
