1 year agoChicago White Sox third baseman Jake Burger came up clutch for the team during Sunday's game against the Detroit Tigers. His first hit of the ballgame was a game-winning grand slam in the final frame. It marked his 12th home run of the season in 37 contests. The 27-year-old has seen his playing time dip recently as he didn't start in the previous three games leading up to Sunday. Gavin Sheets has been seeing more action lately, but Burger is doing a little better with the bat right now.
