Emmet Sheehan Continues Dominance At Double-A
1 year agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitching prospect Emmet Sheehan continued his dominance of the Double-A level on Tuesday night. The right-hander tossed four innings of hitless, shutout ball while punching out nine against three walks on the night. That marks the fourth consecutive scoreless start for the 23-year-old who lowered his season-long ERA to 1.66 across eight starts, nine appearances, and 38 innings of work. Drafted in the sixth round of the 2021 amateur draft, Sheehan sports a massive 34% K-BB% on the season and is putting himself in line for a promotion to Triple-A as yet another high-ceiling Dodgers prospect approaching the big leagues.
