2 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Alex Verdugo (groin) is back in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the San Diego Padres. He was pulled from Wednesday's game due to tightness in his groin. However, Verdugo returns to the lineup after an off-day on Thursday, so it appears to be only a minor issue. He'll cover left field and bat leadoff versus lefty Blake Snell on Friday. Fantasy managers who have Verdugo rostered can get him back in there for this one.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
