2 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Joey Gallo (hamstring) was forced to exit early during Monday's game against the Chicago Cubs. The left-handed slugger was pulled in the seventh inning due to hamstring tightness. It sounds like Gallo attempted to talk his way into staying in the game, but the team decided to take the cautious approach in a blowout. Manager Rocco Baldelli told reporters after the game that Gallo is expected to return to the lineup for Monday's contest.
