2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman went 2-for-3 with his seventh home run of the season, a double, three RBI, a run scored and a walk on Friday night in the team's 4-2 win over the division-rival San Diego Padres. Freeman's power stroke has been solid so far in 2023, and he's currently hitting .297 (46-for-155) with 12 doubles, seven home runs, 20 RBI, five stolen bases and 31 runs scored in his first 39 games over 176 plate appearances. The six-time All-Star continues to be one of the best overall hitters in the game and is an elite must-start fantasy first baseman when he's in the lineup. In 10 games so far in May, the 33-year-old left-handed slugger has gone 13-for-42 (.310) with six doubles, three homers and 11 RBI.
