ANALYSIS: Luis Rengifo has been sharp at the plate over the last week, slashing .286/.333/.476, and helped to lead the Angels to a big 11-7 defeat of the slumping St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday, going 3-for-4 with a home run, double, and RBI. A hot streak would be great for Los Angeles, especially in their top-heavy lineup.

Rengifo's 12.9 BB% is in the 84th percentile, up almost 10 points from 2022 (3.3%), while his xWOBA is at .321 in 2023 compared to .296 last season. The 26-year-old continues to rake for the Angels and qualifies at multiple positions, making him a solid add in most league formats.
