Luke Musgrave Could Be Day 1 Starter
2 years agoGreen Bay Packers tight end Luke Musgrave has a chance to be an immediate impact player for this roster. The Athletic's Matt Schneidman believes Musgrave should get a chance to be the No. 1 tight end right away. The Packers selected Musgrave in the second round with the No. 42 overall pick. Musgrove hauled in 11 receptions, 169 yards, and one touchdown in two games before suffering a season-ending knee injury. The Oregon State product has the potential to be a legitimate starter in the league. The Packers don't have much depth at tight end due to the departure of Robert Tonyan. Musgrave could be a sneaky option during the late-rounds on draft day.
