Michael Harris II Available To Play Thursday
2 years agoWhile Atlanta Braves outfielder Michael Harris II (knee) didn't start on Thursday against the Miami Marlins, he was receiving treatment before the game, and manager Brian Snitker said he'd be available off the bench. Harris is sore after jamming his right knee on Wednesday night, and the Braves were going to think about giving him a day off anyway as they work him back in after recently returning from a lower-back strain. Fantasy managers should expect the 22-year-old to be back in action on Friday against the Baltimore Orioles. Harris hasn't gotten off to a great start in 2023 after winning the National League Rookie of the Year last season. He's gone 7-for-38 (.237) with two doubles, a homer, three RBI and two stolen bases so far in his 12 games.
