2 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Monday's game against the Washington Nationals. The switch-hitting outfielder will get a routine rest day here. It's a well deserved off day considering he's only sat out twice this season. Nelson Velazquez will cover left field and bat eighth against lefty MacKenzie Gore on Monday. Velazquez has been solid in his few at-bats this season, but probably not enough of a sample size to trust him in fantasy formats.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
