2 years agoAustin Hill will be pulling double duty at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend, as he will be racing in the Ag-Pro 300 Xfinity Series race on Saturday as well as the GEICO 500 Cup Series race on Sunday. Hill will be driving the #62 Chevrolet for Beard Motorsports in Sunday's Cup Series event. This will be Austin's second-ever Cup Series start. He raced the #33 Chevrolet for Richard Childress Racing at Michigan last season, coming home in 18th after starting back in 31st. Hill has found plenty of success on superspeedway race tracks in the Xfinity Series, so it will be interesting to see how that translates to the Cup race on Sunday. Over the last eight superspeedway races in the Xfinity Series, Hill has led 410 of the 1,098 laps (37.3%). He has won four of those eight races.--Jordan McAbee
