Tyler Herro Undergoes Successful Surgery
2 years agoMiami Heat guard Tyler Herro (hand) underwent surgery on Friday to repair two metacarpal bones in his right hand. He suffered the injury in the Game 1 win over the Bucks and is expected to be on the shelf for at least six weeks. The 23-year-old finished the 2022-23 campaign by averaging 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists while shooting 37.7% from deep. However, with Herro now out of commission, Duncan Robinson, who finished Game 2 with 14 points in 26 minutes as a starter, may continue to benefit. At the same time, Victor Oladipo, who had 15 points in the same contest from off the bench, will also be a popular DFS option for Game 3 on Saturday night.
