2 years agoAccording to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the 76ers are optimistic center Joel Embiid (knee) will be ready to return "early next week." He won't play on Saturday in Brooklyn. However, if the Nets extend the series, Embiid may be back for Game 5 in Philadelphia. The 29-year-old has averaged 20.0 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks in three games this postseason. But the MVP candidate is now dealing with a sprained right knee, so Philly certainly hopes to wrap things up on Saturday to afford him additional rest. In the meantime, Dewayne Dedmon may draw the start on Saturday, although Paul Reed has the higher DFS ceiling.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
