2 years agoMiami Marlins second baseman Luis Arraez (finger) and outfielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. are not in the team's starting lineup on Friday against Arizona Diamondbacks left-hander Madison Bumgarner. Arraez is dealing with a minor left index finger injury, but this is mostly a rest day for both him and Chisholm against a southpaw on Friday. Arraez continues to do nothing but hit going 23-for-46 (.500) with four doubles, a triple, a homer and five RBI in his first 13 games for the Fish. The 2022 American League batting champ has a league-high 23 hits in the early going. Chisholm is hitting just .229 (11-for-48) with two homers, four RBI and three steals. Garrett Hampson is at second and batting ninth, while Bryan De La Cruz is playing center field and hitting cleanup on Friday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
