Carlos Correa Remains Out Wednesday
2 years agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Carlos Correa (back) remains out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Chicago White Sox. Correa is dealing with some back spasms and will miss his third straight game. Fantasy managers should continue to consider him day-to-day, and hopefully he'll be able to return for the weekend. The 28-year-old Puerto Rican shortstop has gotten off to a slow start in 2023 on top of his recent back issues, as he's hitting just .182 (6-for-33) and is searching for his first long ball after eight games played. Kyle Farmer is starting at the 6 again on Wednesday and is hitting seventh against White Sox right-hander Lucas Giolito. Farmer is a low-upside DFS play with just 40 homers in 490 career big-league games.
