Kyle Wright Activated, Making Season Debut Tuesday
2 years agoThe Atlanta Braves activated right-hander Kyle Wright (shoulder) from the 15-day injured list on Tuesday and optioned left-hander Dylan Dodd to Triple-A Gwinnett in a corresponding move. Wright will make his season debut on Tuesday when he faces the Cincinnati Reds. The 27-year-old has been rehabbing a right shoulder injury that has lingered this spring, but he's ready to go now and should be rostered in all fantasy leagues after a strong 2022 campaign. Fantasy managers should probably wait to start him, though, after he gave up five runs in six innings in his only minor-league rehab start last week at Triple-A. Wright's velocity was also down in that outing.
