Luis Garcia Being Held Out On Saturday
2 years agoWashington Nationals second baseman Luis Garcia (hamstring) is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Colorado Rockies. The 22-year-old was removed from Friday's contest due to hamstring tightness. It appears Garcia is still dealing with the issue, so he'll at least miss Saturday's game. Although, it wouldn't be shocking to see Garcia land on the injured list. In the meantime, Michael Chavis will play second base and bat sixth versus left-hander Austin Gomber.
