2 years agoThe Carolina Panthers signed free-agent linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill to an undisclosed deal earlier this week. Grugier-Hill will give the Panthers more defensive depth and a top-end special teams player. The 28-year-old former sixth-round pick of the New England Patriots in 2016 out of Eastern Illinois has played in 98 games in his seven-year career, including 37 starts. He spent the 2022 season with the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans, recording 48 tackles (38 solo) in 15 games (six starts). In his career, Grugier-Hill has picked up 282 tackles (206 solo), five sacks, 26 tackles for loss, 10 QB hits, two interceptions, six passes defensed, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
