2 years agoKevin Harvick hasn't been able to put a victory up in 2023 yet, but that could very well change this weekend. Harvick is a four-time winner at Richmond Raceway, including going to victory lane the last time the NASCAR Cup Series raced here (last August). In the first Richmond race last season, Harvick finished 2nd. Additionally, Harvick's #4 Ford was incredibly strong at Phoenix a few weeks ago--3rd-fastest in Green Flag Speed--and he likely would have won that race if it wasn't for a late caution. Harvick will start Sunday's Toyota Owners 400 from the 10th starting position and should be considered one of the true contenders to win the race on Sunday.--Jordan McAbee
